Hey bros I was asked to post this after it came up in another thread. I have multiple Meadows programs and they usually cost a pretty penny so Id like to offer to post them for all you guys to use. Ive been using them for the last year and a half off and on and have seen great growth. The programs are so detailed and muscle specific. I think you'll love them. Check em out if you're looking for a challenge. I think I have the Gauntlet somewhere but I need to hunt it down. Will upload on this thread if i can find it. Anyone else with Meadows programs post them here!
