John Meadows / MOUTAINDOG Training Programs
Hey bros I was asked to post this after it came up in another thread. I have multiple Meadows programs and they usually cost a pretty penny so Id like to offer to post them for all you guys to use. Ive been using them for the last year and a half off and on and have seen great growth. The programs are so detailed and muscle specific. I think you'll love them. Check em out if you're looking for a challenge. I think I have the Gauntlet somewhere but I need to hunt it down. Will upload on this thread if i can find it. Anyone else with Meadows programs post them here!

Agreed man. Some of the most well thought out programming out there. And as he designed them primarily for his own use then released it to the masses, it's designed to provide minimal wear and tear on the body. At 46, he's got to program for longevity.

Nice! Guys, what is your favorite Meadows program?? I’m looking at working through Taskmaster or Creeping Death....really interested in what you all think about his other programs.
