He was a believer in moderate weight and I reps and the dude still works out in his fifties today and looks phenomenal.

I hate to see Ronnie get around the way he does now. The man pushed his body to extremes for the prize. From what I’ve read and watched he truly loves the sport too.
I always love watching the 70’s - 90’s guys. Crushing it in the gym, but I feel like they had a very cerebral approach to the sport.

I was and still am a huge fan of Lee Labrada. He was one of the reasons I became so entrenched in this sport and lifestyle.
