Lee Labrada is in this one too.
He was a believer in moderate weight and I reps and the dude still works out in his fifties today and looks phenomenal.
When we discuss heavy weights versus modern weights longevity is where it's at.

Yeah I only caught the beginning of the video but I’m gunna check out the lee lebrada part too. I’ve actually only been watching him more recently and I’ve been a big fan of his posing and stage presence. Always happy to see when guys are still getting after it when they’re older. Seeing people like Ronnie Coleman who can barely walk now is tough to see

I hate to see Ronnie get around the way he does now. The man pushed his body to extremes for the prize. From what I’ve read and watched he truly loves the sport too.
I always love watching the 70’s - 90’s guys. Crushing it in the gym, but I feel like they had a very cerebral approach to the sport.
Great post EM.

Yeah, I remember when I was a kid and seeing Tom Platz' physique, especially his quads, and saying to myself "I'm going to have legs like those one day."
Hahahahaha...
