What about a feeder workout before bed? Rich Piana swore by this pretty sure it was 15lbs dumbbells 100 skull crushers laying on ground then 60 hammer curls 3 sets. Right before bed. You are jacked bro.

Yes. I do hammer curls every bicep workout.
I think you may be on to something with the brachialis. I will try adding Scott ZOttoman curls.

Charge and someone correct me if I am wrong. Bicep development is like calves. They have a lot to do with genetics. Take Arnold for example. The man from the waste up was fucking awesome looking. But if you look at any of us back poses take a look at his calves. They lack development. Can you grow them yes but at some point they will stop. Back to biceps I think yours look great. Having a nice peak may be more IMportant than inner development. But this is what I do my inner head lacks fullness no mattter what I inject, how many sets I do, Rep scheme, I have even trained them eod for a while using one excersis on each day and pounding the shit out of them. So now I seat at the preacher and I grap some light weights. 35-50 pounders. I sit a little off to the side so when I extend my arm my inner head is facing up in the air and my outside bicep is almost flat on the bench. I curl the weight up with my hand almost supinated I think is said that right. When I curl the weight up at the top I roll my wrist in and really concentrate on flexing the inner head. Nice and slow back down. Keeping tension on your bicep. 12-15reps 4-5 sets. You bicep will be smoked. The next movement I do. I sit on a bench and take a weight I pin my elbows on the inside of my thighs and hold the weight on end with my palms flat and curly the weight up. It smokes your inner head of your biceps. It’s all about stressing or as I like to say smoking your muscles... thier is a name for that movement and I can’t think of it. Anyway if you are interested in seeing what it looks like I am training arms tonight I will take a pic and send it to you so you can see. Hope I painted somewhat of a pic for you.
