I am posting pics of biceps front and rear. From the rear they look OXk but from the front they are missing something in fullness . I do not think that it is strictly peak. Is this genetic or can I do something about it? If so what?
Hey bro!!! Have you tried shocking your muscles?? I’m sure you have. I would say superset the hell out of every bicep exercise and from different angles. There are SO MANY different grips, angles, and positions to work the biceps. Check out Arnold’s Encyclopedia of Body Building as well if you haven’t. It’s got some great information. Obviously the advice I can offer a jacked mo fo like you is limited but I do believe it could benefit you! Good luck bro!

Thank you. I can learn from everyone. I have tried exercises, rep schemes, drop sets, etc. I think the drop sets are working a little. I am also injecting in the muscle before working it out. I do not think that it is the peak however I am doing more preachers.
The funny thing is from the rear they do not look that bad. From the front it is like I do not have a bicep muscle.

I’m also going to throw this nugget out there....in my opinion the amount of weight lifted doesn’t mean shit. I’ve always seen my best results from impeccable form and controlling the weight all the way through the motion. Single hand cable curls are one of my favorites. You can easily adjust your grip and range of motion while getting a unique range of resistance throughout the motion. I always have burned out biceps with high reps low weight before I leave the gym as well.
