For those that compete, Im doing some pre-planning for next year. I have cut before but never competition lean. Im not sure I will do a show, but wanted to go to that extreme at least 1 time. Im planning 16 weeks to lean up. My question is would you use gear that entire 16 week time to prevent muscle loss? And would you take the normal time off between bulking and cutting cycles if competing? Also, I'm on trt at 200mg every 2 weeks. I normally do 8-12 week cycles. I get regular labs and all other safety regimens. Just curious about the path to competition lean.
