Wait between bulking and cutting cycle
I haven't decided to complete but want to get competition lean at least 1 time. To do like you would for a show, would you take the time off between bulking and cutting? I know that's not the healthiest way, but neither is competition lean. Any comments welcome.

If u mean take time off off cycles that depends on some factors.
If ur really talking about competition lvl then ur not taking time off at all lol. Not really. Some of those guys idea of time off is to drop their aas use down to like 300 400mg test a week lmao.(that was my first cycle bahaha)
But yeah traditionally the idea was to bulk then come off to allow ur receptors to get some sensitivity back then do a mentslly jnsane cut cycle comlkete with clen, dnp, etc.
Im faaaar from an expert tho.
What exactly are u wanting to do? And the real question is exactly how far are u willing to go to do it?
Simply put a regular cut cycle and a contest prep cycle are very different things as far as intensity goes

This is a vast and diverse topic. One of the most effective ways I have found to continue very acceptable gains is to do say, a 12 week blast, and then swap out the compounds.
Let's say you're running long Esters for 12 weeks,
Like...test cyp, EQ, deca....
Then, on week 13 swap out long for short esters.
Test p, mast p, tren a and npp for another 12 weeks.... what's the right high quality Source this is a very effective run and what the total of six months you might want to do a cruise of test cyp at 250 migs ew for 8 or 10 weeks after.

Really I don't have anymore goal than to cut like I was going to complete. I'm 230 now about 15 percent bf. I've done several cycles over the years. Just never cut to competition lean. Wanted to do another bulk, then cut.

The real beauty of all AAS is , you can cut or bulk on virtually any compound...as long as your getting the right macros.

That pretty much says it all right there.

Im personally in a permabulk mindset atm but if i was thinking about cutting like like electromass said any aas will assist u as long as ur macros are on point.
Only things id be sure to try to make sure where a part of my cut where dnp and maybe clen.
Friend of mine had some cken and let me try it and i wasnt all thst impressed tbh.
Maybe stack dnp and clen CAREFULLY. And i wouldnt even think about using them in summer. Id die taking them during summer.
Maybe tren the last 4 weeks of cut toreally have a strong finish

I personally would not touch dnp with a ten foot pole. To each his own.
There are much higher level competitors on here, but I like to keep the bulk and cut separate. I find when I do one right after the other , I lose some of the gains. I like to bulk, let my body come to homeostasis, and then cut.
It is like it was stated above, you can cut or bulk on almost any AAS, your macros and diet determine if it is a cut or bulk.
NOTE: Some AAS are more popular for cutting and bulking than others- the point is diet is super important.
