This post is very informative. I'm working on getting my traps to fill out more. I'm starting out with Deadlifts first. Then BB shrugs then DB shrugs.
Just blasted traps tonight, did what I said I was gonna do. Started with Deadlifts, BB Shrugs, then DB Shrugs. All four sets for a total of 12 sets.
I ususally do my shrugs and upright rows on shoulder day instead of back day. Do some people do them on back day?
