I do shoulders and traps together, last and everything else on a separate day or routine
For me it's traps with shoulders. Super set upright rows with dumbell shrugs. Great pump and rounds out a solid shoulder routine for me. Gives me that look like I'm wearing shoulder pads over my shirt. LOL!!!!!
Is it just me or do you guys have trouble with shrugging with the barbell behind you? I always hit my ass and it messes me up
