Yes this is great advice. Don’t worry about bf%. Judges will not know your measurements or bf% so you shouldn’t worry about it either except to judge your own progress. It’s all about how you look and how you present yourself on stage.

You are not in the single digits you have to consider more cardio and if not some fatloss drugs to go along. But thats the cool thing about this sport man. Seeing the results of hard work is a better high than anything.

Thanks for all the feedback guys. This pic is prior to starting my fat burner and I just started my tren at 100mg/ed. Already looking a lot leaner and starting to shed water like crazy. Eating about 2600 calories and cardio 5 days a week. Pretty excited for my first show.
