Hey brothers, 10 weeks out from my first show. Planning on doing classic physique. Stats are 5'11" and 214 lbs. Used a 3D body scanner and got 14% bf and my coach did calipers and got roughly 9%. Which number is more accurate?
For reference, I’m 11-12% in this picture. Most people underestimate their bf%. A 9 point caliper test shouldn’t have been able to put you at single digit bf% if it was done correctly. Not bashing or anything! Just want you to know where you stand.
I think your coach said you are 9% away from your goal .
Push hard and don’t worry about numbers .
You only have 70 days of hard work left .
Good luck

Anybody else notice that Droid is taking selfies with a spilt blue moon, 2 whiskey glasses, a wine glass and a popcorn tub on the counter!? lol

Yes this is great advice. Don’t worry about bf%. Judges will not know your measurements or bf% so you shouldn’t worry about it either except to judge your own progress. It’s all about how you look and how you present yourself on stage.
