Workout Prep Before Going Out On Stage

Saw this on another forum and thought it was a good read to bring over..............


I usually try to time up my pump up for about 15-20min before hitting the stage.

Dont pump:
-Calves

-Triceps

These muscles don't flex good when pumped.

Don't over pump:
- Bi's: Resistance band curls

- Quads: Pose

These muscles will be contantly flexed on stage and if they are over pumped you will begin to get the "shakes"

Pump
- Delts: Any raise.

- Chest: Resistance band fly

- Abs: Sit ups and pose
