Your Favorite 2 body parts a day routine
Resized_DEXATI20180922174430_57442473885325.jpeg
So I'm just getting back to the gym after many months. I'm trying not to overtrain or hurt so bad I cant lift a hammer. I was doing 2-a-days before I stopped but I'm a pussy now so I need something differant. I was gonna do chest/tri's, back/bi's, shoulders/abs and legs/lower back. And take days off when my body tells me it needs it.
I would like to maybe try something differant. What ideas do yall have or like the most and why. I appreciate any help. I've been doing pretty much the same shit for 15 years. Thank you and God-bless

Pretty much what you got . Back and bis. I do Tris and shoulders. And do chest alone usually with some ancillary excersises. Front legs with abs. Back of legs with lower back. Then I have a day where I do like excersises to fill in. Though now. What I'm going to do is target lagging body parts. Cause some grow faster than others. And I don't want that imbalance.

My fav supers are anterior posterior supersets. Quad and hammies. Chest back. Biceps and triceps. Abs and lower back glutes
Real pain is failing to succeed.

My let side of my body muscle is always bigger. So I always lift a couple times with the Right side on iso ares and dumbells. I was thinking about site injections

Na bra don't be stupid. You don't need that shit. I know it sounds stupid coming from me. But man it's not about doing a couple more. Your never balance em out like that. Muscle growth just don't work that way. You have to take some off the larger muscles. And only work the lagging parts. This is where dumbell and machines are your greatest Ally.

Ok. Thanks bro. I was thinking about trying
Chest back, shoulders forearms, bis tris, day off, legs lower back, abs and full body(1 set per body part), day off
Sound Good?

The only thing for me is I tried and put similar movements together. Muscles that would work together anyway and similar motiobs. Allows me to focus more on the muscles I want to work than those I don't. Like chest,Tri,and shoulders all push out. So I group those together. Bis and back always pull so I group them. I'm not sure how it compare to opposing groups. But if only doing one direction of motion. I can rest the others.

I think your right. I should stay old school. Work chest and your tris are half way there. Work back and your half way there. I just wanted something different. But hell just showing up to the gym would be different now! Lol. Not really funny, I feel like shit.
What do you think about superset tris right after chest and his right after back?

Man I think it's too goddamn much verbal diarrhea. Just go in the goddamned gym pick that shit up and put it back down.
