And these jackasses that do a "squat action" (in a safety rack of course), piling on every plate in the joint, then doing a "curtsy" barely bending their knees when eventually they do take it out of the rack, and of course accomplishing nothing more than bending the bar with all those plates loaded on
=== TOTAL Idiots. And not to forget how they will scan the gym to make sure everyone is noticing all those plates they got loaded on the bar.
