      Advice appreciated

What’s up, I’m 34 years old. 6’5” and 255lbs, been lifting for just short of 5 years. I’ve typically ran test and deca cycles, but sometimes I throw in dbol. I am trying to find a solid cycle and workout regime to pack on as much muscle as possible and I think I’ve plateaud on my current size. Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated

I workout 6 days a week, but the diet is questionable. I do each body part individually for about 2hrs per workout. I’m on call 24/7 so sleep habits and training times vary. I try to eat 5-6 times a day. I’m looking to try to add mass, I have no issues cutting weight, but have been struggling with finding ways to add mass.

1). 2 hrs workout is old news bro. Too long.. you're dumping too much cortisol. If you're working 2 body parts daily, 1 hour is almost too long. Get in, do work, get out, FEED and REST. Thats how you grow. Too much stress inhibits growth.

2). Feed your body the RIGHT macros. Just because you eat 5 or 6 meals doesnt mean a thing if your macros are right for what your GOALS are. If you want to bulk without too much fat then 500 to 700 extra calories a day will lean bulk(again.. within you're macros).

3). 1 power workout a week per body part. Then later that week a day or 2(if you still want 6 days a week workout). A pump day(s). Where you dont tear muscles you just pump blood. Higher reps, time under tension with lighter weights. Resting muscles are just as important as working them too hard. Let the gear do its work during recovery..

These are somethings that may help. It is just an opinion. There maybe some other info other bros may have that will also help, I'm sure.

This game your in is more about proper planning more than just throwing around heavy weights. IMO..

      Good luck bro.
