      legs

      i have been doing legs once a week for a few years now and still to this day it absolutely wrecks me for a few days after mentally and psychically does this happen to anyone else as well and what do you do to cope with it. its to the point where I think I would rather give up leg workouts even heavy deadlifting does not make me feel like this

      Do you use intra workout carbs and EAA’s while you lift?

      no but i do add more carbs in my meal before and after workout not much usually 20g more
