TRAPS R THE NEW ABBS
Ok so im kinda overweight n probably will never have abbs. But i did a nice workout i saw for traps.
Db shrugs 3 sec pause
Rope w a kettle ball raise. I used a 25 pound plate chained to a rope.
And 25 pound plate raises.
Got a real nice pump. Best trap work ive done..
Anybody else have ideas for trap development...?

This trap workput was incprperated into my back routine. Started w deadlifts. Then T bar. The wide grip pull downs then 1 arm seated cable rows then reverse grip lat pulldowns. Got a great pump today.
