I've done it twice this past bulking season.....2 ten week cycles. I've definitely put on some size because of it.
do you follow it exactly how it's laid out?

Pretty much....my trainer put it together for me based on my physique. I can email you the layout of the program if you want.
One of my X's used to DC train and he was ... huge. I wanted to give it a go myself but was told that it wasn't for women
I don't know about that mg....my trainers are male n female BB'ers and they set me up with a dc program similar to theirs

I downloaded all the info that used to be on bop before it got wiped out it looks good and i have listened to podcast about it but never tried it I may incorporated it on my next bulking cycle let me know if it works for you
