ipod, 2 pair of wrist wraps, wrist straps, 2 pair of elbow sleeves, knee wraps, power shoes, sling shot, chalk, towel. Sometimes more, sometimes less.

and that's only in my not too heavy days...I carry chains (2ea = 44-45lbs) & bands for heavy days

my gym bag is blue, say's giant eagle. i got a protien shake,can of skoal wintergreen,keys,$8.25,and a mp3. no need for other stuff. hell, i live at home!
