I use an elliptical. I have a bad back that flares up when I run.
30 min on the stair climber 3x week
Plyos 3x a week. 5x25 jump squats, 5x30 secs of high knees, 5x25 burpees, and 5x25 single leg jumps. 30 seconds of rest between every set.
