Incline treadmill or swimming (having a pool is nice). Sometimes elliptical if my knee is bothering me (old tear in my patella acts up sometimes).

5am cardio on stairs.
I do the eliptical 3 days a week for 25 min. then the stair climber for 20...
metabolic cardio is best with low intensity longer periods every day split sessions
Daily swimmer here, every morning at 6am.

In the off season none, but when prepping for my show I did either incline cardio or step mill - LISS style
