Help with calves
You can find stats in my intro page but I wanted some insight on blasting my calves. I genetically just have smaller calves. I work them, but clearly not right if they barely grow. Squats are up to 425x3 (don’t know my 1RM), but calves just don’t grow. While I’m not trying to be a competing bodybuilding, I still do aspire to be proportionated.
I have almost resorted to site injecting a little test into my calves with a slin pin but never did has I didn’t know if it would be worth the test.
I’ll take any advice y’all can give! Thank you!

No. Guys used to use esciclene(formebolone), but it’s a temporary, for stage competition or exhibition shows.

I've always been told calves are like abs you can work them multiple times of the week. I also have small calves o I'm going to watch this thread for guys input

My calves got bigger from sewing . I was hunched over and had one foot extended for the foot pedal . I did switch legs. My thighs and quads got bigger also. I'm sitting at 22.5 for thighs and 18 for calves

Everyone told me jerking off would help my calves and I’ve basically ripped it off my waist but calves are still small.
