      Great post! I'd say over 50% of people going to the gym do not abide by any of these "rules".

      Ice cream in moderation is not bad. Depend goals, jobs or purpose. A bodybuilder may think is bad during cutting and prep for a show. A normal Joe will think that ice cream is the perfect weight gainer...if not ask Andy Bolton...Anyways, a good diet in conjunction with a good excercise regime will achieve good results. Supplements will add an extra 10%-15% to the equation.

      by the way...Anybody that DL 0ver 1000lbs is not a normal Joe.

      problem with 75% of people in gym is internet and magazines. they read and study articles about big boy diets and magic workout schedules, designed for the pro's like cutler, warren,jakson, and so on, but they just keep forgetting to mention the tren/test/winny, and other gear you need for the 5600calorie diet and 4 day extra heavy high rep workouts. so they overeat and go thru the motions. and end up looking pregnant and holding there elbows, shoulders and grabing there wrists after almost every set. then they look at guys like us, who know how important form and a real diet is. not just the motion , and get pissed. they ask about my diet, they say, your crazy. really,they base there diet on oatmeal, peanut butter, and protien shakes all day. then a chiken breast and potatoe at night. when i tell them about all the stuff the should and shouldn't eat, they think i'm full of shit!
