I did skip through a few times
However I completely agree and have always steer this way. Like he said where is the studies with guys like Jay Cutler and Ronnie Coleman. There are none. The more the better.

I watched it in full. Great video and reinforced what I do. My breakfast alone has around 90+ grams. My shakes have 75-100grams. When I increase my protein to 2 to 2.5 grams of protein, I grow. I never bought into the 30grams is maximum thing, ever. I’ve shown that throughout my posts. I take in the most protein when cutting which sounds backwards but it works!

You definitely don’t need a ton of protein to maintain and cut but to add mass I would say yes for sure
