Science shows am fasted cardio has just a slight advantage over fed cardio. If you’re taking gear and aminos you’re going to anabolic instead of catabolic. So doing fasted cardio can tap into the fat storage easier for energy to fuel your cardio.

AAS does change the data a little bit. If your using GH and or insulin the timing of injections related to the timing of cardio becomes very important based on your goals.

Warm up, workout, cardio, stretch and roll...
That is a pretty solid sequence.
Gear or not, and fasted cardio works well and does work I do it when i cut down the low ab and low back fat...
After 6 hours your body has shifted to burning fat and moved way from glucose in blood and storage....so when you spend 30 to 40 minutes after a night's sleep and not eating or stimulating the metabolism you burn fat from storage.....
Problem is alot of people pack it right back on by telling themselves they just ran so they eat more...when you do it, forget you did it AND DO NOT adjust macros for it...pretend you didnt do it so now you should teeter towards a deficit as well...
And of course cardio after lift, save storage and energy for power moves and longer runs on weights....then finish with longer harder cardio to deplete glucose levels...gear will help you maintain muscle if you go anaerobic or catabolic...
Warm up always before hand to the moves and get circulation to muscle group and work out kinks ahead of lift...do not stretch ahead of time the tendons or more like a leather strap vs a rubber band and risk injury...stretch after your work out and then roll to move blood and circulate build up within muscles and move fresh blood to the areas...
Hope this helps someone...

I like to do Cardio post workout. I feel like I have more energy during my workout
I think that is the theory if you do cardio pre-weights you are exhausted and cant move weights at optimal levels. As someone else said weights will deplete your glycogen stores so even if you do a protein shake pre-weights by the time you move on to cardio you are effectively doing fasted cardio. I could never lift weights after 30-40 minutes of cardio I am shut down both mentally and physically. Bottom line is do what works best for you to achieve your goals.

Fasted cardio mornings 3 - 4 times a week. Weights in the evening.

Fasted cardio is superior! After is better that before your workout

I switch up cardio before and after. Personally haven’t found one is superior over the other.
When I feel really cold or tired, cardio before gets me warmed up and honestly ready to workout.
