      Great write up!
This part really stuck with me cause I have been doing iso-hold movements to finish up and find they really help....

As muscle hypertrophy is an adaptive response by the body to stress, you should always strive to go as far as you can go on that "impossible" rep. Every centimeter matters. Your "impossible" rep should last between 10-15 seconds. One could even call this an "isometric rep".

Wearing Sona sweat shirt (feels like plastic) during HIT, good idea? Or not?

I will say, when I was a fat bastard at 300+ pounds I dropped to 180, I started at low intensity, but the only thing that got that last 20 pounds was HIT.

IMHO the best HIT training involves rotating between cardio and weights, for fatt loss and heart health. 5 minutes hit cardio then 2-3 sets of weights then another 5 minutes cardio and repeat for an hour.

You can start with a slower pace and over time keep increasing till you are just blasting the calories off your frame. It's pretty brutal when done properly
