That would depend on the person. My opinion has changed since I posted this but I'd def run 100-150 mg of test regardless

I was always told, test is the base..then add other compounds if you want.

It's true. That said, deca and dbol are the 2 things that convert to enough estrogen that allow people to run them solo for a bit

Having test and bioidentical estrogen, as a man is important for bones, brain, sex drive, and many things. Just Google it and maybe watch the video again
