Wow, did the FST-7 on my shoulder day and lets just say that I couldn't even wipe my own ass for like two days!!! This technique is definitely going down in my book of musts!! I don't know that I could stick with this training every single muscle group every week!! When I initially ran across this method, Kris Gethin was implementing it while he was working with Neil Hill. That shoulder day will stick with me for quite some time!! Flathead, you are very informative man!!! Thanks for great reading material!!!

Fst is quality shit. I throw it into my routine cyclically

Fst will get you jacked. Im constantly training fst. Sprinkle on some robo here and there and get ready to harden the f up.
In all seriousness fst with thrash your plateus.
