JM2C - Naturally when u put out a video u want to go balls to the wall -- also It depends on the time of year -bulk vs. contest prep etc.
Branch did an interview with Johnnie they both said they train like this for 2-3 months then switch...poss to something like light weight high reps or use of bands or med weight med reps all dif variations.
