I know the sky is pretty much the limit when using test and other gear. i am not currently on cycle how much can i do before i over train. i know i have done sets until failure lowered the weight and kept going until faliure and overtrained my biceps and arms shrank(with no noticeable pump by next day) and felt like i had a severe bruise for days. On gear i did the same thing except way more sets my arms got pumped like never before it was the first time my left arm was bigger then my right arm. i am doing 3 sets 2 full body exercises per week switching between light and moderate weighted 21's and heavy weight until failure each week. i am currently cutting weight and still have quite a bit of water weight to lose. i want to take 16 in off of my stomach i gained 10in going from 31in around to 41in around on my last weight gain phase. zero pants size change. ive gained 110lbs this year so far and lost 71lbs. i was thinking about bringing up my amount of sets the only time i feel like i gain strides towards making my right and left side symmetrical is and high set amounts to failure on gear. how many sets should i do should i still lower my weight to do more sets after failing to do even one rep and keep going like i do on gear. Also what do you think if i bring my sets to 5 sets or even 10 sets per exercise. i dont take very many supps some pre workeut allot of protein 250g a day and a vitamin (i know vitamin is not a sup) so i can live without veggies. also take peptide protein as preworkout on occasion and caffeine pills. no test booster currently and no creatine. so i would like to here from others how they feel about 5 an d 10 sets or even 6 sets instead of three no gear used except HGH. i run HGH year round.
