You keep your Gains by doing 3 things consistently.
1) Letting food be your Anabolic driver. If your not eating 30-50 grams of protein every 3 hours- 4-5 times per day You're not really serious, your just playing around.
2) Train with the same intensity as you do when you are ON cycle. If you need pre-workouts to do that then use em. If you're resting longer than a minute to 90 seconds MAX between sets you're loafing.
3) Get Plenty of Rest and let your muscles recover sufficiently before you blast em again. If you're not getting 7-8 hours of sleep per night you are sabotaging your workouts. When you are younger or on the juice you can get away with training a muscle more frequently but the older you get the more time it takes to recover. Where I'm at now (mid 50's) I need 5 days minimum rest before I hit a muscle group again.
Note: When you are off the juice you need to give your muscles more time to recover, so its important that you blast em Hard when you do train. Whether thats a Dorian Yates or Ronnie Coleman Low volume style of training or a Jay Cutler- 20-30 set per body part- high Volume training style.. You'll know you did good when your muscles are sore for 2-3 days post workout. Then give em a few more days after that to fully heal up.

I pretty much stick to the same workouts that I was on when I was on cycle. Just finished a cycle of Flash Gear supersrol/ test and I came off it with their nolvadex/clomid 50mg/100mg ed for first 2 weeks and then 25/50 ed for following 2 weeks. I wod also suggest gh. I take ghrp-6 150 mcg 3× per day and gw-1516 10 to 20 mg per day and I have managed to keep much of my size and strength and I have been off cycle for 3 months. I felt my natural text levels return to normal about 2 weeks ago just based off libido. Also helpful to tale a little Viagra or cialis while waiting for that to happen. Oh yeah and I started pct 2 weeks after last pin

Just my 2 cents. My fav and what works for me. I usually taper with props to lets the longs clear for about 3-4 weeks. My pct usually looks like this.
aromasin 6.25-12.5 weeks 1-2 unless needed longer.
nolva 40/40/20/20
clomid 100/100/50/50
