      Training 6 days a week. 3 heavy days 3 light 1.5-2hrs day

      Calories: 4500 high 4000 low
      Protein: 400g
      Carbs: 800g high 600 low

      Food: classic bulk

      Sleep: 10-12hr

      Cardio: 3x a week HIIT for 15min (sprints)

      igf to me is not a sustainable peptide I use it before working out for a month at a time but stay on hgh all year
