20 weeks cycle using:
400-500 mgs/Test
300-400 mgs/Deca
200 mgs/Tren @week 5
50 mgs/Dbol 1st 5 weeks
50 mgs/Anavar last 6 weeks
HGH 4 iu's per day-split morning & night //
The dose on the Test & Deca ramp up slightly every few weeks as the cycle goes longer- swap out the Deca for EQ at week 12
6 Meals per day 50-60 grams of protein every 2.5 - 3 hours.. 200-300 grams of Carbs for all meals up to training and the one directly after training then Veggies with protein for the rest
High Volume Training 20-30 sets per body part 8-12 reps per set with 1 to 1.5 minutes rest between- one body part every 5-7 days
Fasted morning Cardio 30-45 min/ 5 days per week
Weekly tissue work.. ART Massage (Active Release Therapy) along with home massages using chair and Massage devices

Dude.. the question was Best Training Cycle- gear, dosages, diet & training. That was my competition protocol back in the day when I was training for shows. Haven't run that cycle in a long time (I'm 58 now & heart health is something I'm super cognizant about).
Average lean muscle gain over 5 months was 12-15 pounds compounded year over year. If your putting on much more than that I can almost guarantee its a lot of water bloat, fat or both.
Training split still is.. Monday legs, Tuesday Chest, Weds Off, Thursday Back, Friday Shoulders, Saturday arms, Sunday Off. 20-30 sets per body Part.
I'm in Fall Winter mode now which is 200 mg/week Test on TRT slowly going back to 170 mgs/week. No more Orals ever ( I love whisky to chill out)
My Typical Spring/Summer cycle these days is 250 mgs of Test. 200-300 mgs of EQ and super low dose Tren ace (75 mgs every 3 days). That cycle keeps me super Jacked, Horny, and motivated to train.
6' tall at 256.4 lbs (this morning) at around 13% BF.. Slowly downsizing as I get older for heart health- No more 6 meals per day
