I hope all is well brother, ... no pain no gain!

It seems like a very intense hypertrophy program. I have done a few of the sets together it seems to wear on my CNS first. The pumps were almost too much a couple of times. I can’t take half a Cialis and do the program.
I am backing off volume and intensity as I prepare over the next 8 weeks. Lots of lighter cardio. I plan on October as the starting date. Just did 10 weeks of mountain dog training. And it doesn’t compare to the intensity needed for the Oak Method.

Programs from John Meadows (R.I.P) always a great choice, which one you have. Gamma Bomb, Sentinel, Creeping Death...all great
Yes the CNS is the first that is over the board, there was a time i HATE I.O. .....you have definitely to prepair for this.

I have gamma bomb, creeping death, and Arnold classic 2016- the one I was just using.
Meadows intensity is definitely something to be desired.
