my lifting partner does abs every abs ed and recovers but i would ease into abs for first two to three weeks myself before i tried ed abs. it worked for hershall walker
I hate abs. Do em sparingly. Seems over the yrs the consensus is plain old crunches are best. What yall think? Curious.
