THIS^ for max muscle growth! Most people don't realize the importance of always shocking the muscles by switching things up frequently. Most people switch it up when they adapt and plateau and that's just a waste of time.

But we all different
So you don't get strength gains past 3-4 weeks on a certain routine? I'm barely getting ramped up to max poundages by the 3-4 week mark.

I always been a strong dude. Not sure why, I honestly don’t want to get stronger. Sounds lame but more into shaping my body. I might do 2 strength cycles a year. Usually the same, 3-4 weeks long.

Wow that’s a long time

I see. I suppose if you're just pumping up and not worried about strength then it doesn't hurt to change up routines often.

Yeah I guess it is. The first few weeks are just gaining back lost strength from being on TRT. I just never really seem to plateau when I blast - respond well to the gear, so I hate to change the routine because I want to keep riding that wave. Lol
But I have never, ever been able to maintain the strength I had on a blast while cruising on TRT. It just doesn't work that way for me. I mean I can make some slow, steady progress on TRT, but nothing compared to a blast.

Now when I’m just on TRT i also use 100mg of Masteron and 100mg of NPP I know that’s not enough to I help mass building but it helps my joints snd increases my libido that’s why I just Them on my cruise and I’ll like you I can’t seem to gain much muscle but using just TRT regime usually do 3-4 cycles per year or did before I got hurt I’d do like a 10-12 week then take off a few weeks and start again but I don’t use tren at all ,I only use test, npp,Masteron, and primo so most all them are less harmful I know that’s to many cycles in a year but I do them anyway

You think I'm crazy... Maxx Muscle has been doing the same full body routine since September of 2020. Lol! Kudos to him for being able to handle that kind of workload. I can't do fullbody workouts like that.

Yeah, I'm thinking about cruising on like 200 test and 200 EQ after my next cycle. I feel like a little ectomorph on 200 test right now. I mean my energy is good, the lifts are decent but the size and fullness isn't the same. I like feeling like a thick mesomorphic beast, lol. I'm going to try 350 test, 375 deca and 400 eq in March. for atleast 13 weeks, possible as long as 18 weeks depending on health. I love primo too. I want to try primo and npp next. But right now I'm experimenting with EQ and Deca together, for the hell of it.
