I always do 5-8 reps on working sets and 10-15 on warm up sets.
Fear does not exist in any object or situation. It is constructed by you alone, a barrier to progress, imposed solely by your mind.

I have always used low reps for strength and high reps for more definition to fill the muscles with as much blood as possible. So I go with both as well.

I try to hit each muscle group twice a week. Once a week it's all heavy low reps, next time around it's high reps low weight. It's all about tricking the muscle not to get use to the routine.

Dc training! Read up on it, I'm about to try doing an adjusted version for higher reps, rest/pause sets to 30 or 50 reps instead of 15
