Optimal protein synthesis happens before your muscles fail, training to failure is not the best for bodybuilders.

Great advice... I always tell people to eat, they don't get it ...... I will say I had a lot of injuries and went away from heavy ass weights did more blood volume training it has worked great adding size jst like my heavy weight training. going to true failure no matter the weight works, you just don't get as strong unless you use heavy weights.
