      I've always felt my arm looked small. I'm 6'1" 240 15% (almost all in the abs)and pumped arms are 18" would love to tape out even 19.

      I haven't measured mine pumped but just flexing them my right is 17 1/2in
      My left is only 2/16th smaller. I'm 5'9 200lbs probley in the 10 to 12% bf range.

      mine are 18.5 .. they are small to me but im 255lbs at 12 percent.
