Im going to have you do a cleanse (anti-oxidant cleanse, nothing weird involving your ass or anything,... Thats week 9! Lol! Jk)

Ok, I'm ready, my girl was just asking me if we need to do specific food shopping cuz she remembers my clean diet before. Obviously I'm eating mediocre right now but that can change quick.
