Who wants to train with me? UPDATE!
The pandemic killed my career. 2X in one year.
Anyway, I'm on unenjoyment right now and I have some time I wouldn't normally have so I would like to give some time to a BOP member who wants to advance.
Im considering training 1 person through an 8-12 week cycle. No charge.
Training would include:
Diet plan
Workout plan
Cycle protocol
Ancillary compound schedule
& motivation.
*Log w/before & after pics required*
If you want me to be your personal coach for a cycle, for free, tell me why.
Write up a quick summary of your current stats, history of training & cycles, goals & why you would be a good trainee.
