Hey brothers, hope your training is going well. I'm looking for a good high rep, high set training routine on here. Training for the upper body and lower body. I need a plan. Anyone got one?

Are you looking for high reps or high sets??
Usually when you have high rep routines tend to have a lot less sets than traditional routines.
For example
(Rep range) x (# sets)
1X100
10x10
5 x( 8-10)
4x (6-9)
More like high reps. But in the book by Arnold Schwarzenegger The Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding he recommended that endomorphs, which is me, do high reps, high set training and eat the minimum amount of protein, carbohydrates and fats. Also, 30-45 mins of cardio.
Arnold was a great bodybuilders.. Most us grew up wanting to look like him. But Arnold wasn't an endomorph.
You need to take advice from someone who is an endomorph and had had success.
You need to diet based on your caloric needs, proteins should be high, carbs and fat moderate. At the end of the day is just a math equation.
As for training I suggest either a 10 X 10 routine with only 30~40 sec rest in between sets.
Use the same weight (about 70% of you 10 rep working weight) for all your sets. 1st few sets will be easy, last few sets will be brutal.
2 exercises per workout should do the trick and about 30-45 mins of cardio after your weight training.
The rest will just be diet!
Okay. I gotcha. I think I'll try to develop my own routine and see how I feel. I'll include the cardio for sure.
I'm others well chime in.
There are many routines and many ways to go about your training.
Just change it up every few months, you'll start learning what works for you
Yeah, I been lifting heavy for a while now. Need to burn off extra weight, have to get down to 275, I weigh 325 right now and I'm 6'6.
i do dc training but lately I've modified it to have more reps, currently I'm doing 40 reps per rest/pause set instead of the traditional 15, read up on it and see what you think
DC Training? Okay, I'll check it out.
