i agree bro , i use those guys as motivation to get stronger and bigger. and idc what ppl say about taking gear is " cheating" . u can take all the gear u want if u dont put in the work and train ur ass off and diet right the gear isnt gona do much for ya

Agreed! I also like the guys who get on gear but eat like a little bird and think they are goona be the next pro! lol

also If you eat like a horse , train like an animal , do everything by the book and don´t use chemical aids , you won´t look the same as w gear ..... that thickness is not possible wout it . gear won´t a champion make , but vice versa all champions use it to get the look they need possible . I see no reason to underestimate the effect . look at arnold & co in the 70´s or even before .... big guys wout gut bloation , all used steroids . compare it to era after lee haney and dorian yates .... the increase in size is huge . how did they do it ? training more , heavier ...eating more ? I say yes to all + they started using stuff champs didn´t have before .this is obvious to eye . the bigger the guy , the more he has used something ( GH &stuff I don´t even know by name ) + trained hard and eaten like no tomorrow . nobody has genetics tht good wout chemical aid on side . and for second I don´t believe anything is used "little " at least in competitive levels .... dorian yates has confirmed that too . he knows all aspects I´d say .... I only point out let´s be fair shall we . if it was jusst dianadol ( yes i´m oldchool ) or such , our pro´s would look much the same they did in the 70´s and early 80´s , give or take something in either direction . IMO that would be good , I like the look of bb´s back then . my 2 euros
