      Superset high reps training?

      I am trying to achieve more definition and cut down to 275lbs. I am 6'6. I am currently eating smaller meals with mostly meat vegetables, doing cardio 30mins a day 6x a week and doing high reps. I was wondering if I would achieve faster results supersetting my high reps training???

      i think ull acheive the fastest results by sticking to ur diet and keeping up with the cardio, when it comes to dropping body fat and getting cut most if its in ur diet and cardio , high reps help but i personally dont see supersetting bringing u alot faster results , i mean it cant hurt to try tho

      I agree, higher reps are for tone and endurance, stamina etc... I think definition comes with diet and cardio.

      Yeah. I figured it was the diet and cardio. I may burn more calories with supersets, I can see how that works.
