Focus on where your elbows are headed. Draw the elbow back to activate the back. Much like a bow is drawn back. You don’t yank on the arrow.
The wider your grip the higher up your back you are working.
Time under tension is primary for your back to grow.
Hit the back from every angle. You back is involved in every movement from the shoulder press to the deadlifts and every angle in between.
Don’t skip pull ups. Fat or fat free they are good for back development.
The back responds very well to movements with iso-holds.
Dream of Kai Greene and having his back genetics!!! This one won’t work for anyone but Kai Greene.

Add 5 mgs of cialis 2 hours before workout .
Also the pace of exercise with rest pause . Never lock out and do parcels .
