      morning cardio question

I started doing my cardio early morning instead of trying to cram
it in at the end of work outs.
But my question is should I just drink a whey shake and go to the
      Gym and eat breakfast after
Or wake up eat breakfast then go to the Gym for cardio 45min after
      eating?

I lift for 45-60 minutes and then do 60 minutes of cardio every morning on an empty stomach.

I would do Cardio in the morning then lift later in the day or switch it up. Some people believe that doing cardio on an empty stomach is the best way to go, but it's a royal pain in the ass....IMO I always have to eat some real food before lifting....

Its easier for me go do cardio on an empty stomach, especially since I have acid reflux. Heavy cardio with too much food or drink in my belly really sux.

Make sure you give it more than a couple days. I switched to morning cardio on an empty stomach to get my bf% down. Felt like crap the first week - energy level was low and so was intensity. 2nd wk it got way smoother. Now it is the only way I like to do it.

Just hit a cup or two of black coffee, and nothing else before you hit the gym!
