I like spider curls and hammer curls a lot but straight bar curls and reg db curls are at the top of my bicep routines too

I always start out with bb curls for low reps,stay real heavy good form, Then I branch off to db's or cables etc. Then finish off with some low weight high rep sets. Just feels like they're gonna pop!!

Yes sir!!! I always try to change up my exercises to, never do the same w/o twice... Almost always feel that shit the next day hard core too

I like BB Curls for that wide thick Bicep, sitting DB Curls for Peakage, Reverse Grip EZ's and Incline DB curls. Not all I do as I never do the same workout from week to week, just some of my Faves...
