SHIT!! Quads??? I haven't mastered doing that with quads, as I don't think mine are conditioned enough for that, but if you do quads like that your a fucking MAN for sure.....wooooo....ouch!

If I had to pick the most difficult muscle for me to train effectively with this philosophy, I would have to say my chest over my quads, but you're right quads are a whole special kind of pain!!
