spider curls are badass. try doing hammers with your arms in front of you where the db is in front of your leg but not touching, and execute the hammer curl that way. the trick i throw in to these is that the db never touches your leg which will put extra stress on the muscle, totally awesome. its a great change up from the typical hammer curls with your arms at your side or curling diagonally.
